When we are at our most vulnerable is the time that we need to be able to draw down deep inside and find that inner strength to continue. And I know that saying this is not as easy as that.
It is often very difficult when we are emotionally low to focus on anything at all. When we feel hurt, alone and disappointed it is so easy to dwell on those negatives feelings. It is easy to allow ourselves to believe that we are victims. To believe that this is what it is. To believe this is our lot in life.
This is exactly when we need to reach deep within ourselves, to that place inside where we know we have some strength just waiting to be tapped into.
